How it Works
Our credit repair program has been carefully designed to produce the optimal results as efficiently as possible. We strive to make your experience with us satisfying, and above all, productive. Here is a step-by-step overview:
Call us or fill out the contact form on the home page or Contact Us page. A credit specialist will contact you right away to discuss your case and give you instructions on how to obtain your credit reports and how to get them to us.
Upon receipt of your reports we will conduct a meticulous line-by-line audit of each report, noting the issues that are harming your credit, and identifying opportunities to optimize your credit scores.
You will receive access to our client portal site, where we will input all the adverse items found on your reports. You will be notified when all items have been entered and you will be asked to enter the client portal and identify why each item should be challenged (i.e. not mine, not accurate, etc).
Based on the dispute reason you provided, we will challenge your erroneous items with the credit bureaus and/or creditors. They will send responses directly to you so you can see the results as they occur. You will need to send us any updated reports you receive. Reports can be sent via fax, email or via our client portal.
If the items challenged are not corrected we will automatically send customized re-disputes designed to maximize the probability of achieving the desired outcome.
We will update the client portal with your case progress as it becomes available. You will remain constantly informed of the results we have obtained for you.
No "one size fits all" here!
Because every situation is unique, our program is designed to address each client's issues with a personalized, tailored approach that utilizes strategically crafted tactics to ensure optimum results. As your case progresses, we will consistently reevaluate our strategic plan and tweak it as necessary.
From building credit for the first time, to rebuilding credit after bankruptcy, we offer the solution and experience you need!
No generic form letters here! Experience, knowledge and expertise in the law enables us to craft disputes that are not only customized to your specicifc issues, but address each inaccuracy with a relentless pursuit for deletion or correction.
Additional disputes are necessary if any of the information challenged in the original dispute is verified by a credit bureau. Much like our original disputes, all subsequent disputes are customized to challenge both the creditors' and the bureaus' verification of inaccurate information.
Should a bureau verify information that has been disputed as inaccurate, unverifiable, outdated or otherwise, we will "take it up a notch" and address the issue directly with the creditor who has verified the information. In accordance with your rights under the Federal Credit Reporting Act, we also challenge the bureaus method of verification and demand strict proof that the investigation procedures were followed according to law.
Debt Collector Due Diligence
We dislike debt collectors just as much as you do! Before addressing any collection accounts, we conduct a thorough examination of the specific debt collector's actions AND inactions, with a specific focus on violations of various state and federal laws
In line with our thorough due diligence on each existing collection account, we will perform the same thorough evaluation of any new collection letter you receive while you are an existing client. We will investigate the validity of the debt AND the debt collector, demanding strict proof that the debt is legally owed as stated and that the debt collector has complied with all state and federal regulations in thier attempt to collect the debt from you.
FICO Score Consulting
Contrary to what most people think, a good credit score is made up of more than just a good payment history. Sometimes variables other than payment history need to be adjusted in order to optimize your score. Each one of our clients receives a Credit Audit Report which clearly explains all the factors that contribute to a FICO score and then analyzes how you meausre up vis-a-vis each FICO factor. Our Audit also provides tips and suggestions for how to adjust each area in order to maximize your score.
For some, the credit restoration process involves more than correcting or deleting inaccurate adverse information. For those with little or no open credit, we offer solutions and guidance in selecting, opening and maintaining new accounts that will not only help your credit profile, but will allow you to begin the journey of recapturing your financial freedom.
